• 6:30-7:30 a.m. - $66/month

Aftercare

• Part-time 2:00-4:00 p.m. - $134/month
• Full-time 2:00-6:00 p.m. - $266/month

Prior to Approval

• Student(s) need to be enrolled at Saddle View Elementary School and will need student ID number
• A card or account info needs to be on file to get approval of afterschool contract

Expectations

• Payment is monthly
• Option to pay 2 installments
• No cash/check payments
• Late payment fee: $10.00
• Late pick up fee: $1.00/minute (first time, 15 minutes is waived)
• Grade period of 5 minutes
• Behavioral: 3 reports - student will be terminated from the program
• Updates through class dojo
